All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We offer USPS and UPS automatic calculated shipping rates based on the weight of your products and the destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time Estimates:

Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days (depending on customs and location)

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75. This offer applies to standard shipping within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update once it has been provided.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Carolina Elderberry Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. However, if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us at carolinaelderberrycompany@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

For damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and getting a replacement sent to you, if applicable.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your country’s customs office, and Carolina Elderberry Company has no control over these charges.
