At Carolina Elderberry Company, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Opened or used products
• Perishable items (e.g., elderberry syrup, gummies)
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized items
To initiate a return, please contact us at carolinaelderberrycompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at carolinaelderberrycompany@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged, as we cannot guarantee a refund or exchange if the product is damaged during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
